Crestwood wasn't quite as modern. The facilities were older and might be not quite as nice, but they seemed to have adequate staff. They seemed very professional and on top of things. His room was clean but not as nice as the other one he stayed in. The food seemed good, and my father seemed to enjoy his stay there also. However, it was a lot farther for me to drive, and it would be better if they could make the rooms a little nicer, more cheery and home-like.

I did not like Crestwood Health and Rehabilitation Center. It felt dirty, and it seemed unorganized. My husband stayed there, and it was just not a pleasant place. They need to improve on their cleanliness and organization of staff (being where they were supposed to be on time and following through with things they were supposed to follow through with). They could improve on their meals, too. I think the only thing I was fairly pleased with was their physical therapy. They did not have nice places outside to push my husband around in the wheelchair or anything. It was not pleasant outside. There weren't nice sidewalks with trees and stuff.

I visited many relatives at Crestwood Convalescent Center. You can't say anything good about that place. I actually called the city council to have them look at that place because it's terrible. They don't take care of their people, it's dirty, and they're always short staffed. The rooms smelled terrible, and they're not cleaning them. The staff was not there. They're not helpful, they lose clothes, they don't bathe their people but maybe once a week, and they let them sit in their urine and poop for long periods of time before they help them. I'm sure they helped some people, but from what I saw, I don't care for that place.
