The Terrace at River Oaks

Randy, Keller, and Elijah were all very helpful in getting me in and settled. So far, I have found the community friendly, quiet, and easy to navigate.

We have moved into The Terrace at River Oaks, a 55-plus apartment. It has senior living, but it is not as expensive as the others. We cook our own meals. We don't know too many people yet, but who we have met have been nice. They have activities occasionally, and I'm sure we'll be able to link up with people. The staff is very kind, very informative, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. They don't serve food, but they're going to have a barbecue, and I'm assuming that somebody cooks it there. Our room is a great size. I think it's going to function well for us. They have areas where people can gather for things. The other thing that I was surprised by is that they have a unit for guests to come. If your family is coming in from out of town to visit, they can rent the facility for up to eight days. I liked that.
