Our services are designed to help residents who require rehabilitative services, long-term skilled care or treatment for Alzheimer's Disease and related dementia. Our staff, including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians, and social workers, work with your physician to establish a comprehensive treatment plan. Bellingham Health Care & Rehabilitation's on-site pharmacists oversee patient's drug regimens and monitor changing pharmacological needs. A full range of pharmacy and infusion services is available as needed. We also want our residents to feel comfortable in their home. We offer activities designed to stimulate the whole person. We have a cafeteria where residents can share a meal or a cup of coffee. Family members are always welcome to come and share a meal or visit.
