I was there for 13days after knee reconstruction and replacement. The private room was large and pretty. Private very large bathroom with shower. The staff was accommodating and nice. Physical and occupational therapy was fantastic, 6 days a week. The food was delicious and big portions. Snacks whenever you asked. There was a Coffee hour each morning and chair exercises for 45 minutes each morning. Two or three different activities each afternoon.

This facility is under staffed bad. Some of the cna told me its not their job to wipe my pops butt or mine. I'm allergic to fish and dairy and was sent fish and Mac and cheese multiple times. I went with no food for multiple days and nobody cared. Now the social worker Kelly is great I can't say anything bad about her. Social worker Lisa totally opposite worthless not an advocate for the residents. Chelsea in the office sweetest person in the building. Lashaundra the receptionist is great would go get me mcdonald's so I could eat. Had many clothes disappear from the laundry and was told its the price of living here. Not a recommended place for a truly loved one.

My wife is in Autumn Care of Madison. The professionalism is awesome and the people are great. There are no complaints. They serve three meals a day. Everything that she asks for, they're there for her. They're very helpful. If you have any questions, they give you the right answer. They're an awesome group. The place is great.

At Autumn Care of Madison, the staff was fantastic. The therapists were great. However, the food was terrible, if you were on a bland, soft diet. I need to rate the people separate from the food. Everything was 5, except the food was 1.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and care about the quality of services provided. This comment is related to all levels of residential services provided to my mother for rehabilitation following back surgery
