I love that Spring Oak at Louisa was nice and clean. When I went in unannounced, they made time to sit down, talk to me, and find out the needs I had for my relative. I was highly impressed with Tara, the administrator. I felt like all of the residents there are her concern. She has shown me a lot of compassion. I loved the room. It was so nice and clean. It has a private bathroom and a big bathroom. The way that the room was decorated with a nice bed, a TV, a TV stand, and a chair was very homey. I was highly impressed. I am giving them a top rating. One other thing I like was that pretty much the whole month, they had the menu posted, so everyone knew what was going on every day. They had activities for the people there, too. There was a nice TV room that they could all go in, sit, kind of have fellowship in there, and have time to not be by themselves. They had a nice dining area. Everything I saw felt like I was in a big, classy Hilton hotel.
