Heritage Hall King George

My mother is going to move to Heritage Hall King George, and I toured the whole place. They do everything, they do rehabilitation, short-term care, and long-term care. I liked how when I went in it was very clean, and it's a place where it seems like she would be very comfortable. They have big rooms, nice areas for them to go outside to get air, they have a recreation room, and they have a huge cafeteria area. They also have another room that's like a commons area room where they can go and watch movies and different things, and they will take them on outings as well, so I was very impressed. They provide three meals a day. The person who gave me the tour was very polite and pleasant, she's very easy to deal with, and gave me a lot of information that I appreciated. She's helping me do the next step also, so I liked her a lot, her name was Carolyn or Caroline. They have a little garden area where they have some flowers out there, and they can see birds and things. It's in the middle of the building outside, but they have benches and everything where they can sit and look around, and it seemed like a very nice area that's nice and quiet as well.

Heritage Hall King George has been really attentive to my father-in-law's health needs. They make sure that he eats, is well provided for, and taken care of. The place seems to be very clean and up to date. We just have a problem sometimes when we call them on the weekends. We have to keep calling to get somebody to pick up the phone. Other than that, it seems to be up to par. They have podiatrists, their own doctors, and an area where they can come out and spend time without being outside.

My mother-in-law is at Heritage Hall King George. The care is very good. The staff members are very friendly. They work with her. The food is better than the last place where she was at. The place is also clean.
