The staff here are great and they really seem to care about the residents. The activities are great! There are so many for the residents to choose from. Great interaction!

The staff at this facility show kindness and care to my mother in law! The management and activity directors kept residents active and involved with new projects and holiday events.

I agree that this nursing home has a lot to be desired. The odor of urine hits you at the front door. The food is usually cold by the time residents receive it. I was in rehab there about 5 years that is how i know this is correct.

The staff was really friendly towards the residents and genuine in their concern for treatment. Thanks to the staff my aunt was able to back home two weeks ago. One Sunday my Aunt was even able to see a Doctor that day upon request. The facility was amazingly clean and sterile. The staff reviewed information from all the healthcare providers that my aunt had seen in the past few weeks. The more active residents I noticed were participating with a very great staff that engages daily throughout the day with residents in order to promote activity. The only drawback would be small town facility really lacking in 21st century technology (the do have a database system however)

This nursing home was not the greatest. The smell is terrible and the patients are not very well looked after. The nurses, on all staffing times including night, morning, and afternoon, know about their patient but prefer to say, "I'm sorry, this isn't my patient," or, "I just came on shift, I don't know anything." While they may have excellent knowledge of their field of study, I believe that they do not understand what it means to be a patient, aka a resident, of the nursing home. I feel that the patients are treated poorly.
