I toured Harmony Gardens Apartments. They're nice, smaller apartments. They've got a small common area. They don't have a common kitchen for everybody. They have a small outside pool, but the layout of the buildings is a little odd and isn't conducive for the elderly to get together as much. They had more transient people coming through there, from what the manager told me about the facility. From the interaction I had with him, he wasn't enthusiastic about a lot of the people in there, but the apartments were fairly clean, and their upkeep was good.

We went to Harmony Gardens Apartments yesterday. I couldn't look at an apartment; there wasn't anything available. The guy in the office was pretty friendly, though. He was knowledgeable. They had a courtyard with a hot tub and a barbecue grill.
