My mom moved to Residences at Fireclay. It's rent-controlled based on their income, so that was nice. It's a brand-new apartment and centrally located. Everything is provided, including a washer and dryer, as well as kitchen appliances like a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. They've been great. In the spring, they'll have community gardens. They do have a community room where you can get together, but other than that, I don't think there's anything else planned aside from those two things. I think it's pretty reasonable, and from the other places that we looked at and for what we're getting, I think it's a pretty good value.
