I am moving into The Luxe at Rowlett. I was very much impressed with it. It was very home-like and very neat. My apartment was a new one and it had everything I wanted like a closet and storage space. The staff who assisted me was very helpful. They had a swimming pool. They had a calendar of activities showing the things that they did during the month. They had game nights and arts and crafts.

I liked The Luxe at Rowlett, it was nice. The room that I saw was very good, but the closet was too small. Their storage was tiny, too. The person who gave me the tour was nice and polite. The dining area looked pretty good. They have a swimming pool and a gym. They also had different activities like cooking, and they taught their residents how to make different things.

The Luxe was very nice. I visited with one staff member and she was very nice. The apartments were new and up to date, but tiny. I visited with the administration person that you make an application with and toured one apartment. It was a 1-bedroom, it's very neat and clean with a nice kitchen, nice carpet in the bedroom, and it has hardwood floors. It was very nice but tiny and expensive.

I have chosen The Luxe at Rowlett. It's fairly new. They have just built it last year, and they are still getting tenants to come because it's not full. It's a very nice, immaculate place. I'm very satisfied with it. I got the one-bedroom, 900-square feet, it's pretty large. It has all new appliances; everything is new. It has an island in it, a utility room, and a walk-in closet. They showed me everything; it has everything. The staff was very informative. He knows what he's talking about. He was very good. This is independent living. The facility is excellent. You've got your whole apartment in there. Everything is in there. Everything is brand new. Everything is built-in. It is just immaculate.
