"Redstone Park is a beautiful facility. If my mother was looking for something individually, that's where I probably would like for her to be. But it's not just her. It's me too. They don't have anything that would fit with us. The two ladies that I talked to were very, very nice. I didn't have an issue with that at all. The room was nice. We wanted something that I would be able to cook, and that was my only thing is they didn't. The staff showed me the room, and it was very nice. It wasn't two bedrooms. The dining area was really pretty, and the residents that I saw looked like they were enjoying their lunch. It was nicely set up and looked airy. The staff said they had activities. There's no smell of urine. The people were personable. I didn't see anybody slouching around with messed-up hair like they hadn't been attended to or anything like that. The halls were beautiful. They had trees and nice furniture."

"Some times disrupts our family life for their time schedule.. But has been helping out with baths for loved one with alshiemers. Any thing helps. And it gives her time with others out side the family. And us a break even though it only takes them a few minutes. "

"I was able to tour The Chatfield twice. They brought us out and fed us. I liked the way the place was set up, but it wasn't equipped to handle my wife. It seemed like there are lots of activities for them to do to keep their minds occupied. We were looking at the rooms and looking at prices. I thought that the rooms were fairly reasonable and were very nice, but it was a newer complex than the rest of them around and so you would expect it to be nicer. The meals that we ate were good, but I don't know if they serve that every day. I speak to my wife every day, and she said she gets two good meals that she likes a day. They didn't have a whole lot of outdoor spaces. There are roads on three sides of the unit, so the scenery of that place isn't as nice as some of the other ones around. It's on a kind of a wedge shaped space of land. We lived in the country and we liked to watch the birds and deer, so there won't be much of that there. However, the beauty in the organization of the place really impressed us."

"My mother resided at Pecan Bayou Nursing and Rehabilitation before her death, and I rate them very, very highly. They were 95 percent staffed. We could not have asked for a place to take better care of of her in her last days. It's very clean. It's topnotch. Their staff did a wonderful job. It's very, very open, spacious, and very clean."

"My Dad came in several years ago with terminal cancer. He had been bed ridden and just wanted to walk again Doninic and his crew got him up and going. Now my mom has been there twice for rehab, once after hip surgery and now for a medical issue. She went inti Songbird weak and unable to walk after being in bed for 6 weeks. Now 2 months later after all of the great food and loving and caring staff, she is back on her feet and coming home soon. She is 89 years old and says if she ever has to move into a skilled care facility, Songbird is the only place she will go. The staff are amazing and truly love the residents. They are like family"
