We toured Adriatica Senior Living. It's a little bit more upscale and a little bit less pricey, so it's very nice. It's one of the few places that's viable for us. The place was very nice and the person who gave the tour was very friendly and very helpful. The rooms or apartments were well-maintained, roomy, and handicapped-accessible more than many. They have a community garage attached to the building, so you can get to the building without being in the rain. And it's included in the price, which was very nice. The dining area is very nice looking, although I did not try the food. They had some common meeting rooms and community rooms for groups and family gatherings. The whole area is just very attractive. They don't have meals included in the place but there are full kitchens. So food is not part of the price.

I'm moving into Adriatica Senior Living, and the place is going to be available in November. It was within my budget. The apartments are beautiful. Everything looks lovely. The manager was lovely. They told us the price, and it was very positive. The location is good. It's beautiful because you have restaurants, churches, activities, and everything to do. You have a lake, and then across the lake you can rent a paddleboat. The food was delicious. They invited me to have food and theater night.
