Very unimpressive. We had an appointment. The place was clean but the rooms were depressing. Just painting the rooms/building would have been an improvement. There were no safe guards for the residents getting out into a busy area. The grounds were unkept and needed some TLC. Looked like old chairs were put outside because nobody wanted them anymore. The staff was out of sight for the most part. The only gathering area was as soon as you came in a door - flat screen TV and straight back chairs. The dining area was very homey.
