Very disappointed in the staff. The nurse was no help at all. Possibly a new nurse. Atleast this would be an explanation. Just doesnt have the knowledge to care for my dad. The nurse that looked at dad's skin didn't see sored and nurse aide took pictures of the would on her phone

My mother received care for two weeks at Silver Springs through their Rehab care & it was outstanding. The staff was excellent & so caring & attentive. Our family highly recommends this facility.

Depending on the roommate you have, the rooms could feel small at times if you share a room with a resident who has a lot of belongings. The staff is good at judging what your character is like and they treat you how you want to be treated. My favorite activity would be Bingo, it is always something that is offered along with other numerous activities as well as getting donuts and coffee that's passed around every Friday! I enjoy sitting out in the courtyard, they have a patio out in the center along with a beautiful fountain that stays running when the weather is nice. I also enjoy sitting in the foyer and talking with the front desk ladies, DeAnna and Alixx. The facility also provides ordering out to eat upon request if we have the funds for it ourselves.

Silver Spring was very nice and very clean, and the way they had everything set up was nice. They had a lot of activities for them to do, but it was not quite set up as a secure location for somebody that would be wandering like my aunt does. Other than that, everything, including the food and the dining, were very nice. The staff was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. They had a TV room. It's more for people who need rehab or exercise.

Silver Spring was 5 stars all the way around. It was an excellent place. There were three people during the tour and they were the best. We saw the dining area and everything looked great. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. They had group activities, games, and weekly trips to the store, to the zoo, and other places.
