I have a brother there, he's been there for five weeks, hasn't had a bath yet. I've talked to at least four people every week and was ensured he was going to be given a bath three times a week. These people are foul and down right lier's and should be thrown in jail for neglect.

This place was old and not taking care run down nurses aids and physical therapists were for the most part very good.the doctors and their assistants were poor and unprofessional

My mother stayed at The Bridge, but we have to go back home as Medicaid won’t pay anymore, and we can’t afford the place. A few times I’ve been there, she did not have clothes and socks on, but they had good meals, and the location is 4-5miles to the hospital.

Rivermont is a beautiful facility that goes above and beyond to make take care of the patient’s needs and wants. While I was taking a tour I witnessed over and over the compassionate care of the patients from the staff from the professionals to the caregivers. Patient care is at the top of the priority list here. The staff is warm and kind is all of their interaction with the patients. The facility is very clean and sterile. I did not detect any odor which is important to me. We know our seniors often are incontinent but you would never know here. The housekeeping staff here should be commended they too are important to the excellent care of the patients here and the environment they live in. The rooms are large and you can have single or double occupancy if desired. There are activities for their enjoyment, from the staff such as art classes and exercise and for those who can move about there are off campus outings also. This is a short and long term facility the staff will accommodate your loved ones needs. I highly recommend this facility the staff is stellar and your loved one will be well cared for here and feel safe and secure.
