We toured this facility. We just thought it was a nice place. The staff was very nice, the food was very nice, and it was a desert-type food. The facility was new, and it's only been there a couple of years.

For Mom, it was a much bigger facility. She wanted something smaller where the halls didn't feel so long because she was on a walker. It offers all the stuff she needs right now, like meals, housekeeping, transportation, and all that, but it won't offer any medical services. It was beautiful and the people were very nice. The staff did a great job. We sat in her office and she let Mom ask all her questions and then she got out the packet of materials and reviewed it and then we did the walkaround. We only looked at one-bedroom apartments for independent living. The biggest difference between the independent and the assisted is the bathrooms weren't always handicapped appointed, with the shower seat and all that. They all had bars, but they didn't necessarily have a handicapped shower. They had a fitness center and a business center where you could be on the computer. It was last on my mother's list, but not because the community had anything wrong with it. It was just not her personal preference. I've eaten there because I went to a meeting there with a friend of mine who lives there and the food was excellent. All the community spaces are sort of in the center of the facility and then all the rooms were out on the wings. They had an outdoor pickleball court.

I like this facility. They give you two meals a day. It's right at the top of my list. It's clean, it looks like a modern hotel, and it's very friendly. The people there are friendly. I took a tour there. I looked at one bedrooms and studios, and the rooms are spacious. I prefer the one-bedroom. They allow dogs of which I have two of them. I have to pay extra for the second dog but that's fine. I like it. They have a little fenced-in dog park. It's also close to the theater if you want to go, but they also have a theater inside that seats about 15 to 20 people to watch movies if they want to. These are movies that have already been released and all. They don't have a swimming pool, but they have walking areas around that you can walk through. You can walk your dog there, or you can take your dog to that dog park. The staff who took me around was very friendly, very professional, and caring.

We toured it and it was very gorgeous and very nice. To live there would just be great. It would be my second choice. The rooms were great and really nice. They were clean and had all the things that I would need, like a kitchen with a nice area and a bathroom. The staff was nice. The courtyard and everything was very nice. They have something new that was something like tennis or some kind of ball going on that they had built there. That was very nice, too.

It was very nice. The staff was very nice. They had all kinds of amenities. They had a good-sized room with a theater in it with chairs that swivel, comfortable, padded chairs, like a living room chair. It might have held 25 or 30 people. They had a pool table and they do slow exercises and they had an exercise room. The efficiency had just one little partition between the bedroom and the living room, and it was so small. I could get my couch and chair and my television in it, but it would be crowded, and the closet was too small. The one-bedroom was nice, and it had a huge walk-in closet and a stackable washer and dryer. Neither one of those had a balcony and I want something I can walk outside on. They've got a huge deck built there in the back part that everybody could go to and sit outside. The only ones that had balconies were the two bedrooms. They toured me around and showed me about everything.

Everything is just perfect here. The food is good, the staff is very friendly and efficient, and I'm just so happy. They have efficiency, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. I've only been here a week and I've been to the movies and I've been to their exercises. They serve two meals a day, breakfast and dinner, but I have a full kitchen. I have a very nice apartment too. The staff is just great, they're very welcoming, and they're very efficient. Everything I've asked to be done in the apartment is done the same day it's requested. I can't find anything to complain about.
