They've been very good about sending out group texts and keeping everybody informed about what's going on inside and what they're doing as far as following the recommendations of the CDC. Any time there has been potential exposure or anything like that they're very transparent about it, so I've been very happy with them. My mother's very happy with the food; they have good variety. They had very caring staff that not only welcomed the family members that came to visit her but also made her feel like she was getting good care there. They were available 24/7, we could call it any time, and we could visit at any time. Oftentimes, when we were there, they not only were taking care of mom, but they were taking care of us too, asking if there was something they could do that we needed. When she passed, they had a little service for her there in the room where they prayed with the family.
