I currently have a family member at the facility. I have been to a number of facilities, and the staff and therepy team seem to really care. Ive noticed recently how the staff were vwry interactive during nursing home week. They celebrated the residents and that meant a lot to see. My family member really enjoyed himself, and this was the same person that didn't want to even go anywhere for therapy that he much needed. The soicial worker helped to get him settled qhile the head nurse made him also feel comfortable. No place is perfect but I like to give credit when its due, thank you allbfor all you do.

This place is a dump and the staff are negligent!! Zero communication with family members. Staff acts like everything is fine when in fact it's not. They prey on the fact family can't get in due to covid!!! If you care about your family member get them out now!!! If I could give it zero stars I would!!!

Communication is the worst! No one ever answers the phone and when they do you are on hold forever... until you decide to hang up (I've waited 45 minutes before and drive to the facility while on hold), transferred to someone else that doesn't answer, or disconnected. Some staff are friendly and others not do much but that may be in most places.

This facility is a dump!! The staff was very rude, they NEVER answer their phone there! Extremely poor care & the residents suffer. Dirty place!! We took Mom out of there on day 1. Don’t send your loved one there!

Me and my granddaughter goes to this nursing home almost everyday and we love the seniors so much really good people but the staff is not so good the management is very poor it seems they could care less about the way that some of the nurses are treating the seniors.I have complained about it now the management doesn't want me and my granddaughter their anymore.the seniors get so excited when they see us because we love them and care about how they are being treated.Can you please contact me on this situation.Thank You.

My experience with this long term nursing facility was mediocre. I was not impressed at all with the staff or the facility. Some of the staff had pleasant attitudes while others were not so pleasant. Some of the residents did not appear to be receiving all of the proper care they were entitled to for the amount of money they are paying to stay in the facility. The amenities can certainly use revisions to incorporate something for all of the residents. The facility itself can use some extra cleaning especially the back hall. Some unusual odor was very noticeable on the back hall. This facility also had a resident with some kind of contagious respiratory disease that required wearing a mask and gown prior to entering the patients room. I was really surprised that this facility would jeopardize the health of their employees and the other residents living on the hall.
