My wife was at Saluda Nursing Center. It was very clean and nice. The staff members were proficient and worked with us in any way they could. The rooms were very clean, and the food was good. I didn't find anything bad there. They were very clean and customer-oriented. The staff seemed to care about the patients and their families.
