My brother will move to Citrus Grove. It's close to family, and he can walk everywhere. Everything's convenient there for him. It was excellent. It's a beautiful place. I would recommend it to anybody. He had to be 62 and over, which he's 72, and he has to make less than $40,000 a year, which he does. It's a very new place. It's only been there a little over a year, and it's very clean. The apartments are very nice. He needs a one-bedroom apartment, but they have two- and three-bedroom apartments if you need more. They have a workout place there. The bus comes right up to the facility to take people shopping. It's a nice place. He's excited about getting it. The staff was overly friendly because I thought we'd just go in there, get an application, and be done, but she couldn't wait to show us everything. Some of the residents I met were very nice. They seemed happy there. They have a place where people can gather. They have like a coffee machine down in there, but everybody cooks their own meals. It's independent living.
