When you call, a SUN Home Health specially educated staff member will answer your questions and provide you with the help or information you need regarding referrals, insurance authorization, visit scheduling issues, general health information and current patients receiving home healthcare. Our team of caring healthcare professionals offers a wide range of specialized home healthcare services to help patients maintain their independence at home and to avoid the high costs of institutional care if homecare is a safe alternative. Certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Health, SUN Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare certified provider for homecare and hospice and a participating provider in most major area insurance and managed care plans.
