The residents are well cared for, and for the most part, seem happy and content. The nearest town and hospital is about 15 miles away, which is also a drawback. During the winter months, bad weather can make it difficult for vehicles to make it out to the main roads or for ambulances to get in. So if you have a loved one considering a move to Bash's, think about whether they might need to have medical care on a regular basis. This family-run facility takes pride in the way it treats its guests. It is not a fancy place, but it provides clean and comfortable accommodations for those with limited resources. Since it is a bit off the beaten path, you might want to call for specific directions before you go to visit. It may be a little hard to find once you get off one of the main highways. However, once you pull into the gravel driveway, you will be welcomed home with open arms.
