Adams Place was a wonderful place, but I don't qualify financially. I'm over their limit. It's a really nice community. It's not an over 55 place. Most of the residents were seniors. What I liked about this place was those seniors are retired, and aren't working, and many of them were gathered in a community room downstairsall talking and seemed to be having a nice time. The amenities were totally different. There's no swimming pool, there's no sauna, but they have a greenhouse and raised beds. This is formed community and most of those people there are farmers' wives, so they can still do their planting and their gardening. They have a room filled with all canning supplies. They have a small workout room where you can go and get on a treadmill. It's right in the heart of town, and it's walkable to a grocery store. The staff were very friendly, nice people. There was only one room that was empty and that I got to see. It was clean and it looked brand new. The carpets were clean. Everything about it was clean and sparkling.
