The first floor of the building is occupied by The Meals on Wheels office and some Lehigh County Offices. There is a coin-operated Laundry Room Located on the Fifth Floor. There is Off-Street Parking for tenants and visitors. The building entry system works with the tenants’ telephone. There is also a community room on the 2nd floor with an elevator to all floors.
