My uncle has moved here. They go out of their way to take care of him. The food is very good, and they have different selections. They also have a diabetic menu. He seems to be getting the care he needs. He may be able to come off of his insulin and go on a tablet, and they've been doing great with that. They play bingo and other games, they watch TV, they have pastors come in and do bible studies, there's a library, puzzles, workout area, whirlpool bathtubs, and people that do haircuts. He has not complained about the food.

It was one of the top three communities we liked and visited. They had locked doors, which is safe. If you have Parkinson's or dementia, then it's a good place to go because of the security of the doors. You needed to enter a code. However, I think the rooms were small. Otherwise, I would have stayed in that place. The common area was in a smaller scale too. Even though it was a smaller community, they did have a very nice sun room and sun porches, CD rooms, and game rooms. It was a very clean place too.

We have visited here for my parents. It was an older facility, but it was one that my grandmother had been in. We were just really familiar with it, and plus it is close to where we live. It was clean. They provide meals in the community room. They have apartments. They would come in and clean daily or as needed. They assist with bathing. The rooms were fine, but my parents haven't moved in. As for activities, they have worship services, bingo, and other game activities.
