The Villas at Bakers Ridge

I am staying at the independent living community of The Villas at Bakers Ridge in Strongsville. I like the people, and the residents were all close. When they switched companies, they took away our three meals a day, and they took all our housekeeping, so that's why I'm moving. When I rented there, food and everything were included. Now this new company doesn't honor that. They operate differently. They are clean, though, and my apartment is very nice. It's a 2-bedroom with 2 baths and a two-car attached garage with a patio. We have a separate building called the clubhouse, and they used to serve our meals there. We also did activities there, but now they have stopped all that. They need better communication because that's the biggest problem. We're just really angry because everything was done underhandedly. A lot of us moved there because we're in our 70s, 80s, and 90s, so some of these people can't cook and can't do anything like that anymore. Now we're forced to find other alternatives.
