I toured Fedor Manor. For low income and senior housing, it was beautiful. It was all hardwood floors, which was very nice and very clean. I liked that it was clean and organized. They had a lot of things to do. They had a computer room. They had a library. They had a workout room. They had an activities room. They have things for people to do outside of their apartment. It's close to the stores and everything. It's close by to this bus stop right out front, which makes it nice for people that don't drive. I've only met the manager that was in there at the time. She was very nice, very friendly, and very helpful.
