My mother-in-law is here. It's very clean. The staff is amazing with her and very pleasant with the rest of the family. It's beautiful, very welcoming, they have it decorated, and there's a big pond out front, and it always has Canadian geese there. They have birdfeeders all around. For those residents that can go out and walk around, the grounds are very clean and kept nice. It smells good. It's just very homey and comfortable. She seems to like the food real well. The dining area is very spacious and they're very attentive to those who require help. They get to select what they want to eat. They have a library, a beauty salon, and for those who are able to go outside, they have benches and different things. They have a lot of activities inside for the residents that cannot go outside as well.

My wife was a admitted there and legally a resident there. They sent her out to "their geriatric center" to get her medication in line as she was agitated. They assured me she would be fine. After being released from their hospital, they refused the ambulance to drop my wife off. My dementia diagnosed wife was outside the facility being refused back in. I had to find a safe place for to go. Ohio Ombudsman filed a citation with them (which I have and will share with anyone). I have video of the ambulance refusing her admittance. Pictures of my wife that afternoon smiling and talking. I can answer any questions, provide the citation, etc.

I toured yesterday. I can consider that place, I just got to work out the financial issues. The staff is excellent, and the rooms are very nice. The staff was excellent. They had a small fridge, a microwave, and every place had a heater and air conditioning. They had an exercise room, a therapy room, and they have a nurse and a doctor on staff 24/7. There's a medical clinic next door.

It's been a lovely experience shifting my father here. Everyone has been nice, my father is prospering, and his presence has given me tremendous peace of mind. He is getting amazing care, and the food is delicious! A really cheerful and enthusiastic mood, a lively and dynamic environment.
