"Upon my entering of the facility I did not find what I expected. I thought that I would smell the all to familiar scent of elderly neglect. However, I did not. The building had a nice clean scent to it, the floors were clean and so were the residents.The staff was very warm and inviting and they seemed to know all of the residents on a personal basis, as if they were all old friends. The rooms were not overcrowded and were not reminiscent of a hospital room, but seemed almost like a normal bedroom. While I was there I had the feeling of ease because I knew that the staff was qualified and actually cared. "

"The rooms are too small for a roommate patients yelling in pain not getting help. Place needs work gapping holes in walls bathroom in bad condition mold etc Food not bad but never have what you want. Coffee prune juice."

"I have no complaints about this nursing home. My aunt was very well cared for. The care team genuinely wants to help the people that are staying with them. She was always clean and dry when I saw her, she was turned often in bed. I -did- see a sore on her leg at one point, and was told it was due to inexperienced help. My aunt didn't mind, and she was very patient. That is the only time that I have had to worry about leaving my aunt in their care. This home seems to change aids regularly. There is always a new CNA when I visit. I guess they stay pretty busy. I haven't run across a rude nurse or assistant, and for that I am thankful. The providers have never made me or my aunt feel bad, and of all of the assisted-living homes, I recommend this one. From what I have seen, it is very, very different from the conditions in other homes. It is a huge improvement from the facility that I am training in, and it gives me a little hope for humanity. The residents in this facility are made as comfortable and happy as possible. They are treated like -humans-, and no one is forgotten about. I'm sorry, I get kind of expressive in my opinions and experiences. Bottom line, I always suggest this nursing home to other families that may need the extra help. They have been truly amazing. "
