I'm a clinical social worker, and I had clients at Cranberry House. It's very nice, but I wanted mom to be more centrally located, so people could come visit her, and it's kind of out of town. The dining area was a very nice place. Their rooms were pretty big, and most of them were shared rooms. They had activities, and it's very secure.

This place paints a pretty picture, but beware. Facility is grossly understaffed, residents are not taken care of, items of any value sprout legs and walk off....., management just shrugs and smiles, residents clothes are ruined once they are laundered,, most of which you never see again. Mortality rate at this facility seems to be excessive. Injuries and accidents receive by residents excessive.
