Premier Living and Rehab Center is the only place out of everywhere in the area that could take both my parents into one room. I've got them moved into there now. So far everything I've seen has been top- notch. It's a great facility with very caring people. I like the staff's attentiveness, and they appear to be very involved and very caring people. It's an old facility, but they keep it well-maintained. It's clean and it's functional. As for activities, they were playing cards when I went in the other night. Then, the night before that, they were playing bingo, and giving away prizes.

Caring Always

I thank the Physical Therapy group for their commitment to each of their patients. They are so knowlegeable, diligent and determined to improve the quality of life for each patient. They show so much sincerity in caring for each patient every day. Premier Living has come a long way from years ago when my parents were patients. Every staff member is friendly and caring and give immediate attention to requests and concerns. The facility is always clean and bright, food is good and they provide alot of activities. It's not fancy but the quality of care is a 10.

Despite this facility not being the most attractive there is, it still does not discount the loving care that Premier Living staff members show for their residents. In this world today we all know that everyone will NEVER Be satisfied and some people just can't be pleased no matter what. Are nursing homes ALWAYS supposed to smell 100% fresh @ all times; NO! With approximately 100 residents there is likely to be some sort of smell at any given time for those that have made comments about a "urine smell". I've been in some of the most beautiful facilities and have smelled urine, feces, etc. WHAT MATTERS IS THE CARE THAT IS PROVIDED BY THE STAFF, THE COMMUNICATION AMONGST FAMILY MEMBERS & THE RESIDENTS, & THE SYMPATHY/EMPATHY TO NAME A FEW. For anyone with complains OTHER THAN resident abuse/neglect/etc, GROW UP because the CARE should be your #1 concern for your loved one. No I am not affiliated with Premier Living, however, I have had several family members in this facility and the care is far more superb compared to other local nursing homes..

This is what I want people to know if you walk into a facility and it smells like urine please do not let your love one stay there.We came to visit my aunt and this place smelled horrible. I am so sorry that she has to be in here. I hope and pray she will be home soon.

My mother who has Alzheimers has been a resident of Premier Living for over 3 years. Prior to PL she had been in several assisted living and rehab facilities. Of all of the facilities, Premier Living is definitely the best. No facility is perfect and residents have different needs. PL staff members have listened to me (as my mother's primary care giver) and have responded to any concerns/questions/changes that I have presented to them. I feel my mother is loved and receives good care from the CNAs, nurses, and other staff members. Premier Living certainly excels in its efforts to take care of its residents.
