I toured The Aspens at Holly Springs. The facility, number one, it's brand new. It was built in 2024 or maybe later, 2023. They have two-bedroom apartments, which are very nice. The staff is very good and nice. I like the area. They have transportation and medical facilities, probably three blocks from the hospital and restaurants. They don't have food or restaurants in the facility. It's 55-plus living, so you're on your own, but it's a nice facility. It's a new area, less than 50 miles from my hometown, Lillington. They have a washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher included. They do not have a swimming pool, but they have a beautiful courtyard.
