My relative has just moved into Coventry House Henderson and I liked that he could get a part of his furniture in, have three meals a day, and do his laundry. That's nice because he needs that. I've only met the girl in the office, and she was just nice. She helped me with everything and told me she'd do anything she could do. The place is also really clean. They had some activities to do, they got a courtyard, and the rooms were pretty good sized with a nice bathroom and a walk-in shower. It's perfect for him.

Coventry House Inn in Henderson does provide more activities and trips for the residents out, they go to Walmart and a couple of other places during the week. They don't allow visitors in the rooms. If they want to visit the residents they can take them out. They have a germ-free policy so they dont encourage visitors to come. The rooms are average, they're not very large, but they're adequate for the needs of the resident. The rooms are private and very nice, and the residents are satisfied. They are well-taken care of, particularly in the realm of medical care and other things. Since this place is mainly independent living, they have a sister community for assisted living when the residents are no longer able to take care of themselves or when they have dementia. It's a good environment, and everyone there on the whole is pretty happy. All the residents seem to be educated, and they enjoy each other's company. They're a very small population with only nine residents. I would definitely recommend for someone to go see it.

We are utterly pleased with the home and staff of Coventry Inn. BUT the owner/management just increased the fees for our loved one by 10% with 8 days' notice! This is not fair business practice and is unkind to the elderly Resident agreements should include a term and a ninimum of 30 days' notice for fee increases.

I really liked Coventry Inn because there were games and private areas. I liked everything about it, including the meals, and I assumed they’re all well taken care of. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were perfect and good for what she needed. The price was a little bit high but definitely in our budget.

I couldn't be happier with the whole package at Coventry House Inn. He has fought with me for two years about living there and moving anywhere. When he saw the place,he was receptive, and I moved him three weeks ago, and it couldn't be any better. The place is REALLY decorated nicely. My father said it is like living in a grand hotel. The staff, as well as rooms, are nice. It's independent living, but they come in the morning to make his bed, check to make sure he has taken his meds, wash his clothes every week, and clean the bathroom. They know he went to the hospital for dehydration, so every meal he has, they come in and bring a glass of water and tell him to drink it. I don’t know if it's considered an assisted living, but they do a great deal of assistance. The meals are good; its three meals a day, and they let people eat if they want to as far as snacks. My father wakes up six in the morning; they don't serve breakfast until late seven. He has a cup of coffee and a honey bun. They have a game room and a library. They also have bingo, people who come in from churches and other organizations and sing, a bus, and new van that takes them to town if they want to get a haircut (they have haircuts there) and give everybody a lap blanket. I will highly recommend them.
