Wood Spring has a waiting list. I like the amount of the rent because it is based on income. The apartments I looked at there were like $900 a month, which is phenomenal. It is independent living for 55 and older. It is also near my daughter's house. It's near a lot of other things I might do with activities. It's a very nice area. The apartments are very nice. I have not really done any activities there yet but they have a community room. It's all I really need. I'm really pleased with that community. They have other people who look after the community, but the manager is on staff Monday and Thursday. They have a key lock that you have to use to get in and out of the property. They have maintenance there. It's very well managed. It is independent living, so they have their own places to cook in their apartment. They take very good care of the facility and there are other facilities that are connected with this apartment complex. It's well kept. I feel very comfortable there.
