My mom moved into Autumn Care of Biscoe for long-term care. We chose them because my grandmother was there for five years, and they took great care of her. My mom's room is very nice. They are helping her with all of her ADLs. They have been great, very nice, and very helpful. My mother said the food is delicious. They have different games. Right now, because it's Halloween, they're doing different activities with them. They're dressing up, and they play card games.

They have lots of private rooms on a separate rehab unit designated for short-term patients only. They also have a wing for respite stays if a loved one wants to go on vacation or just need a break. The best Rehab Department & Nursing Staff I have witnessed in years. The food is pretty good it's not your home type food, but the food is pretty tasteful.

If I could have given them 1/2 a star I would have. This place is awful!!! The staff don't care about the patients at all! My Grandmother was sent here, they didn't feed her, they didn't give her, her pain medication, and when my aunt went to see her she waited 45 minutes for them to come in and change her brief. They would tell us that she had eaten really good, when her plate would be sitting there full of food. She couldn't swallow well, and they didn't give her thickened liquids like they were supposed to. Please don't send your loved one here. They are just awful!!!!
