I did have a visit at Princeton Windrows, and I liked it than some of the others I saw. It's very nicely decorated. The people are very nice. They offer just about anything the residents want with regards to their activities. The apartments are very nice; they vary in size from a studio to a 2 bedroom apartment. Their food is good too. The staff was very nice as well.

10/10 DO NOT recommend sending a loved to live in this facility. My mother was a resident from 2015 to 2018 in this facility. In the beginning we were very happy. Once we saw the lack of patient care and cleanliness begin to decline, we decided to move my mother out. When my mother moved out, we noticed that the director made them self the rep payee of my mother's social security. This same person refused to give my mother her monthly allowance that had built up to over $2000 in the time she had spent there. My mother moved out July 1st, 2018, and the facility continued to accept my mother's social security until February 2019 when I was finally able to get the state to put a hold on the account. I attempted to contact the director and finance dept multiple times about getting my mother's money refunded with no success. Eventually, unwillingly they wrote me a check for the amount of the allowance they had collected but then refused to actually give me the check. I had to have a police officer come to the facility with me in order to retrieve it. Even then I was greeted by angry employees. The director and I went back and forth for months until I threatened legal action. Thats when she stopped answering my phone calls and emails. It is 2023 and the issue is still not resolved. Social Security has attempted to get the refund multiple times as well with no success. My disabled mother is out thousands of dollars and there seems to be nothing we can do to get her money back. The facility was also absolutely disgusting, always smelled like feces and they had a severe roach problem.
