My Dad has been there for a couple months for PT etc and has been well taken care of. I/We cannot thank his nurses there enough. Each staff member I encountered treated not only my Dad but me with respect etc. Thank you for what you all do!

The staff at Lebanon Center was very helpful and took care of my mother well. I was there while she was eating, and the food looked good. They had two dining facilities with one upstairs and one downstairs. They were nice for a nursing home and open. I would recommend them.
