My mom was brought to Arbor Care Center - Valhaven. It was awesome. It was very clean. The people were very nice. It was unbelievably great. Usually, those places have a smell like a hospital or something, but Arbor Care Center didn't have any smell whatsoever. I would highly recommend this facility to people if they need to go to one. There were some activities. The staff members were very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They always asked if there was something they could do to help me. For the value, it was worth it.

My mom was brought to Arbor Care Center - Valhaven. It was awesome. It was very clean. The people were very nice. It was unbelievably great. When we visited Arbor Care Center-Valhaven, we liked it. When they had availability, we moved my dad in. It is clean and the staff are friendly. We could tell that housekeeping takes good care of the place. We saw them working and we liked how they did things. There was no odor in the facility. The director is energetic and seems to care about us and our dad. The social worker is very helpful and very knowledgeable. The nurses seem to be doing their job well.

My mother was a resident in this facility for 3 months until her passing. The staff could not have been more caring, supportive and attentive. They met every challenge her disease presented with grace and patience. My family is forever grateful for the care Mom received and the support and love they showed the entire family.

The staff at Valhaven is beyond compare. They provided loving and professional care for my mother, always respectful of her, and always kind and helpful to our family. If you are looking for a facility that will provide individual attention to personal needs, you want Valhaven.
