I toured Palestine Commons. The lady explained and took me to the place. It was pretty clean. She was nice as far as helping out and trying to get my friend a place. She had two that were becoming available. She had an application already on it and the second one was becoming available within two weeks, but then she told me that he had to make a minimum of $1,200 to get inside these places. They have a seniors' place across the street where they can go and have lunch, play games with people in the community, and all that. She walked me through.
