This is a great facility. Bristol Manor treated my mom wonderfully. I would highly recommend this facility.

Do not put any loved one in this facility!!! The turnover of employees is constant and staff in Centralia, especially the Administrator, Ann, is quite rude. They kicked my 92 year old Mother out with 1 1/2 hours notice. She had been discharded from a skilled nursing unit 2 days earlier and was walking 150 feet. Ann at Bristol Manor claimed she could not sit up, feed herself, or get to the bathroom. Amazing claim for someone that had walked 150 feet on her own two days earlier. Also , my Mother's weight dropped to 77 pounds in their care.
