"My father was a resident of Haven Hall Health Care Center. I put him in there, and because of COVID, nobody could visit; it was several months ago. When I would call, nobody would answer the phone, or they would transfer me, and nobody would answer the phone. I had to call and get them to give me his treatment plan. There was no communication with the family. Communication was a big one they should improve on. Another thing too is that he was complaining about his eye bothering him just before he was discharged. They gave him eye drops when he should have been seen by a doctor because he had shingles in his eye."

"Beehive Homes of Brookhaven is a small place. So, it's an individualized attention. The staff is very friendly and personable. The food has been really good. Each time I've gone during meal times, my mom has eaten up about at least one plate and sometimes two. They do different programs each day and they have a main room where they do all the activities. She's just been interactive with whatever they have her do, which has been great. There's only 14 rooms in the whole site. They can have a small refrigerator in their rooms, but they have a full kitchen that somebody manages. There's also a dining, a beauty room, and a room that your friend or family member can stay overnight."

"My grandmother was in this nursing home I have never had a problem with the staff or administrator they were very welcoming and they treated my grandmother like she was theirs it was very comforting to have her in a place that treated her like family she loved it. My dad visited her everyday after work and I visited on weekends when home from school We couldn't have been more impressed and confident with her care both physically & mentally. I believe that being in this environemnt prolonged her life. The rooms are large & comfortable, the food great, the atmosphere pleasant. I highly recommend this facility! "

"I went to look at The Aspen of Brookhaven. I was very impressed with the facility. It was clean. The staff was very courteous. They took time to show me around all the amenities. I was very impressed. If I was to have chosen one, this probably would have been the one that I would have chosen."
