"My mom is a resident of Valley Home. Absolutely every one of their personnel I have met seem to be very caring and genuinely concerned about their residents well-being. They have always seemed to be in good spirits and you can see the results in the way the residents react to this. "

"The care at North Valley Health Center is good and my uncle seems to like it well there. They are attentive to his needs. He has had COVID since last week and they keep me in touch with what they're doing. Like this morning, they called and said they're going to alter a prescription a little bit for him. The nice thing about it is the hospital is connected to the nursing home. Then they have different programs of crafts and entertainment. They have church services on Sundays. They had a bus tour about a week ago. They roamed the country and saw around the community and what was going on. Everything is up to date. They provide extra activities for my uncle."

"The staff were all very nice. My great grandmother was still 'all there' mentally, and she never complained about the treatment. They have a nice apiary there, with all kinds of birds and information about the birds, for the residents. They also have one large dining area with a piano, and the staff were more than happy to let me play the piano while visiting. They also have smaller visiting areas, which were great for all of us to play cards when we were visiting. The resident rooms weren't anything spectacular, but they weren't terrible either. They did have everything a person in a wheelchair needed to use the bathroom and shower on their own. The facility is old, and some of the colors and decor are dated, but it's not dirty or creepy. "
