We will be moving into Greenfield Manor Apartments. We chose it because of the location. It was in a small town, which we wanted, and it was available. It isn't the perfect place, but it's the place that we can move into now. It's one level. It used to be a nursing home, and they converted it into apartments. As we're moving in, they're putting in new carpets and new paint, so it's going to be like a brand new apartment. It's very nice. We like the surroundings. It's set back kind of away from the road, so we don't get any road traffic. It's all for seniors and there's no smoking, which we like very much. They're spacious rooms. It's a one-bedroom and we ideally wanted a two-bedroom, but there were no two-bedrooms available, so we took this one-bedroom and have our name on a waiting list for a two-bedroom. There's a laundry room. We don't have an individual laundry. You have the same parking. There's no garage. There's a dishwasher and garbage disposal. There's not like a basketball court or tennis court or anything like that. It's a very small community. They have a community room, but everybody has individual apartments, which is what we wanted. We didn't want assisted living. We just wanted senior living, so there's no food or anything. We have to do our own grocery shopping and cooking and all that. We have to do our own cleaning. It's just like having a regular apartment. I went into the community room and met some of the people, and that's about all I did. They were putting a carpet down in the apartment, so I couldn't even see the apartment yet. It's very average. It was all very clean and they went through a lot of difficulty cleaning the apartment for us and everything. The only thing I noticed, they hadn't mowed the lawn yet. Other than that, it looked fine.
