the room was wonderful, the day and night time staff was wonderful.. 3rd. shift staff, not so caring... just put her back to bed after a bathroom visit without covering her or even talking to her. My relative said they were rude & just like they were bothered & annoyed.

The care that Good Samaritan Society-Howard Lake provides has been great. My father-in-law loves the staff. They are great. They respond to him when he calls and he says his needs are met. They seem to encourage him to do as much as he can and he enjoys the company of other residents. He can have family come in and out. We just recently had a care conference and they enjoy having him there and he says the same back. He's grateful for their care. They offer him meal options. He said if he didn't like something, there would be another option. So he likes that opportunity. They offer different activities, too. They do trivia nights and often have people come in either for an animal visit or entertainment.
