I think the Villas at Pleasant Ave was a little small. They don't have ample storage in the kitchen, and I think more cupboard space would be nicer than what they have. The apartments were nice, but I think they were small. They have everything, all the amenities you need, like a dishwasher, an island, and a nice kitchen, but I just feel they were kind of small. I believe they have a fitness area, a common area, or a community room, but I don't think they have much of anything else. The staff wasn't as friendly. She was very busy because it was a new place, just opening, so she was extremely busy by herself. People were trying to move in and get their keys, that type of thing, so she was pretty overwhelmed. I'd almost think that with a new place like that, they would have two people working. The place was very modern and new, which is nice, but I prefer something with a little character.

I liked Villas at Pleasant Ave. I loved the apartment. Everything was very nice in it. I looked at a fourth floor apartment and it had a beautiful view, a nice private patio, and the cabinetry. This apartment hadn't even been lived in yet. It was brand spanking new. The only thing I didn't care for is they didn't have enough storage facilities to accommodate all the people that lived there. The apartment that they showed me, the trash and the elevator and the stairs were way down the hall. They only had one trash place on each floor and I didn't care for that. The facility itself was very, very nice. The person who showed us the apartment was goofy. She was like, "Look at me. How old do you think I am? I just started here, but I'm going to be selling out. They're going to have these apartments all sold out now because I'm here." That's how she talked the whole time, and then she cut the visit off early because she had another visit coming, even though I had reserved the time between 1:00 and 2:00. At 1:30, she was like, "OK, you're out of here now. I've got another appointment." There was another apartment I wanted to see on a lower level that I didn't get to see because of that. I did not get to see the garage because of that. I would give her low marks. She was not impressive. I really liked the looks and the layout of the apartment. Their dining area looked very nice.
