I toured Colonial Meadows. They don't have food. It's not that kind of home. It's a low-income apartment complex. They have a pool table. They have an area where you can have little banquets. They have card parties and they have a library. It's clean, neat, and organized. You have a kitchen and everything in the apartment. The rooms are beautiful. They have choices of one bedroom or two bedrooms. They have a washer and dryer on each floor. The management was pleasant to deal with, and she took care of things. There are two different elevators. You have to have a key to get into it, which makes me feel a little more secure. You can't just let somebody walk through the doors and stuff. The neighbors seem nice. I met a few of them when I went to the walk-through, and the manager was excellent. It's very clean, very organized, and very well run. They have cleaning people that do a great job and they're very pleasant. They showed me a couple of rooms. The girl was cleaning the one room, and she was very thorough. The laundry room is very clean and organized. They pay attention to cars in the parking lot. She told me we could get a parking space for $10 a month.
