"Bickford is like no other place. Our mother was a long time resident and the staff took phenomenal care of her and her cat. We have not one bad thing to say. The Director picks amazing staff, and the staff do such a wonderful job. The RN’s Stephanie and Haily are beyond knowledgeable of the disease process. Krystyna and Stephanie even came into the building at 7 at night just to answer some questions when mom was having changes. Mom loved the food and had a fun time with activities. The building is beautiful, clean and the decorations are alway perfect for every occasion. We cannot say enough amazing things about our mothers time with Bickford. "

"I put my father in here. It’s satisfactory, clean, and nice. I had chicken wraps, iced tea, and a salad at our first lunch; they were excellent. We had meatloaf, baked potato, and vegetables one night for dinner. I wish they had more activities for them. He is high functioning and highly intelligent, and being around people that are advanced into their dementia and Alzheimer's, he really has nobody to relate to. I guess they’re doing the best they can do with the situation that he’s in."

"My father-in-law is living in Coleman Fields. We picked it for him as it's smaller and had less people, and it's perfect for him since he is not a people person. My father-in-law has a studio apartment that has more than enough room. The dining room is very nice, spcacious, and the kitchen staff is just outstanding and accommodating. They could use a few more activities though. If my father-in-law doesn’t like something they'd fix him something different."

"My mom is in the memory care area of Pioneer Golden Estates. They've put her there because they have more staff in the memory care and she needed quite a bit of care when she first got there. They are very warm and friendly. Everything's just been very good and inviting. As you walk into her studio unit, there's a little hallway, a closet, a bathroom where they have their own shower, and then into the main room. She also has a bay window, which makes it nice. The dining area has a nice atmosphere. I've been there during meal time and the food looks very good and smells very good. They have a hairdresser that comes in, an in-house physician, a podiatrist, and an activities director that has different activities going on such as musicals and bingo, arts and crafts, and exercises. They have a beautiful outside patio area that's covered where the residents can go out. The residents seem very happy as well. The staff is just inviting. They go out of their way for the residents. It is a newer facility, so it's kept up well and very clean. Everything's great."

"My mother-in-law has moved in. We chose it because it was small and close to home. The cleanliness and upkeep are very good. They do games, bingo, crafts, and nails. I did not try the food, but my mother-in-law said it was very good. Their staff are wonderful. They have a beauty salon. I don't think they have an exercise room."
