My wife was at Alice B. Tawes Nursing & Rehabilitation for 3 weeks. They were very caring and the place was safe and clean. The nurses and the nurse aides were very congenial and very knowledgeable. They had a very good therapy program there, but the management was not forthcoming with helpful information that I could have used. They could have helped me get Medicaid, but they never suggested it. I was very satisfied with them up until the point of financial discussions.
