This was by far the cleanest and friendliest nursing home I’ve ever visited!!! Every time I go to visit my grandmother, her hair is combed and her teeth are still nice. Her nails are nicely cut and polished. I love that even if her caregiver was busy with another patient, someone else answers her call. They encouraged her to exercise with the group and participate in different activities. I even saw a staff member sitting to have coffee with the residents. The staff there is so attentive and have very pleasant attitudes. I couldn’t do their job. I commend them for the great work that they do. Truly a blessing to our loved ones. I’m sure I speak for all when I say that this is the type of environment we hoped for anytime we had to put our loved ones in a nursing home.

My Aunt was in this facility for some years. The staff was really attentive to her and all of the residents. She was always dressed nicely with her jewelry, just as she did before she got sick. She loved the food! The staff communicated well with my family. Anytime anything went wrong or well with her, they called. If we had a concern or problem, the staff was quick to address it. Of course at certain times you go into a nursing home, there may be a smell. However, the facility is kept very clean. The staff is friendly and the residents look happy. The private rooms are really nice and spacious, especially the new skilled rehab unit. And therapy! They are great as well. I must say, this place is nothing like people say it used to be. I definitely recommend this facility if you are looking for a small, intimate, family oriented facility. Everyone seem like a big happy family here.

My mother was in this Center for right at 3 weeks. I visited her 3 times a day as I worked very near by. She had told me on several mornings that she rang for the nurse to help her out of bed because she had to have a bowl movement and they didn't come until a very long period of time. I left this facility with my mother on the morning that I went to visit her and the aids told me she was still in the shower, which was very unusual. When she finally got out of the shower, she told me she rang for help at 4am and no one came until the day shift arrived at 8am. She had 2 bowl movements on herself and had to lay in it for over 4 hours. I was so very upset. I took pictures of her bed, her slippers and I video taped her telling me what happened. I got her out of there so fast, they didn't know what was happening. My Mom is in her right mind and she does NOT lie. I know this happened to her without a doubt. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
