I have been in this home many times.. They get good quality care. I have been in here at many different times. The staff is very caring and the residents are clean and the home smells good. The food is good and the residents seem to be very happy. I would suggest this home to anyone.

There weren't a great deal of neglect or abuse cases here at this facility, but it was very close to happening. There were very few bed sores or accidents. The ones that did happen seemed to be fatal. A head injury caused one lady to be bed ridden. A fall out of bed caused one woman to eventually die after she broke her hip and was also bed ridden. The staff was efficient, but always seemed to be in a terrible mood, acting as if the'r patience was nearly spent. A good walk around the facility at any hour would show the reason, this place was so short staffed a wonder anything got done. On one side of the facility were the bed ridden patients. One aid and one nurse were posted to those patients. Keep in mind all of these people have to be bathed and changed with lifts, etc. It's far too much for one person per shift. Considering all of that, I suppose the employees do all they can. If the administration keep this up, I fear more falat accidents may take place.
